How to buy
All standard Red Jacket Firearms are sold in semi-automatic configuration, as per Federal Law.
The Firearm Buying Process (Non Class III items):
1. Customer finds a local, licensed gun dealer that will handle the transfer.
2. Customer purchases the firearm from Red Jacket Firearms. (Firearms orders take 6 months to ship)
3. The customers local FFL Firearms Dealer, needs to fax their licensing and shipping information to Red Jacket Firearms along with a copy of the customers receipt of the product they are purchasing. Make sure to print your receipt for this purpose after purchasing online.
4. When your item is ready, Red Jacket Firearms will ship your order to your local dealer, who will legally transfer the items to the customer. Again, RJF will not ship to any address other than a licensed dealer.
5. Your local dealer will charge a transfer fee and take care of the paperwork necessary and give you your firearm.
Payment Options
1. When ordering online, the only method of payment available is payment in full.
2. We will accept phone payment of 10% down for non-NFA items, and 50% down for NFA items (Short barreled Firearms and Suppressors).
3. The balance for non-NFA items is due when the firearm enters the build process, and for NFA items when the final paperwork is submitted.
The Firearm Buying Process (Class III / NFA items – Short Barreled Firearms and Suppressors):
1. Customer finds a local, licensed gun dealer that will handle the transfer. Dealer must have a Class III license in addition to their FFL.
2. Customer purchases product from RJF, then customer will need to submit ATF paperwork and receive Federal Tax stamp in the mail. (Your local dealer can help you with this)
3. Customer purchases the product from Red Jacket Firearms. (Firearms orders take 6 months to ship)
4. The customers local FFL Firearms Dealer, needs to fax their licensing and shipping information to Red Jacket Firearms along with a copy of the customers receipt of the product they are purchasing. Make sure to print your receipt for this purpose after purchasing online.
5. When your item is ready, Red Jacket Firearms will ship your order to your local dealer, who will legally transfer the items to the customer. Again, RJF will not ship to any address other than a licensed dealer.
6. Your local dealer will charge a transfer fee and take care of the paperwork necessary and give you your firearm. You will need to bring your Federal tax stamp with you when picking up your item from your local dealer.
